Martin Corp. in New Zealand developed a new personal helicopter. It is called "Jetpack" . You find lots of information on their website www. martinjetpack.com. Looks like this is a crazy alternative to a helicopter. Unfortunately it flys with the fuel only 1/2 hr and does not autorotate - you have to use a ballistic parachute in case of engine failure.
