PPL(H) Private Pilot Licence

The course consists of flight and ground instruction to give the pilot the necessary knowledge to pass flight tests. The minimum flying experience required to qualify for the issue of a PPL(H) is 45 flight hours of which 10 hours is solo. For the holder of a PPL(A) the minimum is 39 hours.

Training for the PPL(H) is offered on the following helicopters:
 Robinson R44 Clipper
 Bell 206 JetRanger B3

The student pilot must pass a ground examination (multyple choice type) on the following topics:
 Procedures
 Human Preformances and Limitations
 Aircraft Knowledge
 Radiotelephony
 Flight Planning
