Type Ratings
The Aeroclub of Monaco is authorized to conduct type ratings on the Robinson R44, Bell 206B Jetranger III and Colibri EC120. Each course consists of ground instruction to familarise the candidate with the new aircraft, its systems and the Pilots Operating Handbook. A minimum of 5 flying hours are normally required for these conversions.
Requirements:
Hold a valid JAR-PPL(H) licence
Hold a valid Class 2 or 1 medical certificate
Training:
Have completed at least 5 hours including:
3 hours "double" instruction
1 hour "double" cross country
5 takeoffs and 5 landings
